11th Edition of EMINES Robotics Forum Showcased Student-Built Systems

The EMINES – School of Industrial Management organized the 11th edition of its Robotics Forum at UM6P Campus in Benguerir.

The event marked the end of an eight-month project by second-year engineering students. Participants presented six robotic systems they designed, built, and tested as part of the program. The projects included an autonomous vehicle, a geospatial guidance robot, a smart tool-lending cabinet, a self-stabilizing overhead crane, a plastic-bottle recycling station, and a smart uniaxial testing machine.

The forum featured live demonstrations, allowing visitors to interact with the systems and engage with students. The initiative is part of the academic curriculum, supporting applied learning through multidisciplinary project development.
