On the 8th of September, the Africa Business School (ABS) and the National Office of Hydrocarbons and Mines (ONHYM) joined forces to launched EVOLVE, the Managerial Transformation Program, at UM6P Campus in Rabat.
Designed to support ONHYM’s ongoing organizational transformation, the program focuses on strengthening managerial and leadership capabilities and preparing managers and future leaders to support the institution’s evolving priorities.
The launch brought together Mrs. Amina Benkhadra, Director General of ONHYM; Dr. Hicham El Habti, President of UM6P; and Mr. Jalal Charaf, Executive Dean of the Business and Management Division. Through EVOLVE, ABS contributes its executive learning expertise to develop managerial capabilities aligned with the transformation needs of national institutions.
