On the 14th of September, the Africa Business School and the “Société Nationale Industrielle et Minière” (SNIM) of Mauritania launched the Leadership Transformation Program, an executive learning initiative to support SNIM’s leaders and managers during the company’s strategic and managerial transformation.
The program combines academic learning, practical exercises, and work on operational challenges drawn from the company’s activities. It aims to strengthen leadership capabilities, develop strategic and systemic approaches to transformation, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
Participants will also apply their knowledge to practical approaches aligned with SNIM’s priorities. Beyond individual leadership development, the program aims to strengthen collective capabilities and support the organization in navigating current and future transformations.
