ASARI contributed to discussions on water, agritech, and data use at the Africa Food Show 2025

The African Sustainable Agriculture Research Institute took part in the Africa Food Show 2025, with contributions from Professor Poliana Mendes de Souza, who participated in three panel discussions on water management, agritech innovation, and the role of AI and Big Data in building resilient agrifood systems.

During this event, Professor Mendes de Souza presented ASARI’s research on sustainable agriculture and food technologies and engaged with stakeholders involved in various stages of Africa’s “from drop to plate” value chain.
