The Centre for Training in Green and Sustainable Development Careers (CFMDV) welcomed a delegation from the Mineral Industry Federation (FDIM), accompanied by representatives of member companies, for a visit to its facilities and training platforms.
The program included an overview of CFMDV’s technical infrastructure and training offerings, covering diploma programs, vocational training, continuing education, customized training solutions, and industry services.
The visit also provided a platform for discussions on workforce development needs in the mineral industry and invited the Centre for Training in Green and Sustainable Development Careers to participate in the International Mining Congress of Morocco, scheduled for October.
The exchanges focused on opportunities to establish continuing education programs tailored to FDIM member companies, organize career awareness initiatives for young people, and strengthen pathways that support graduate employability in the mining sector.
