From the 1st to the 3rd of December, UM6P was represented during the e-AGE25* conference in Amman, held under the theme “Uniting Minds.” Mr. Khalid Saidi, Head of the Learning Center, took part in the event and presented the entity’s 2030 vision, emphasizing Open Science as a central priority for academic libraries.
During his participation, Mr. Saidi contributed to the 3rd Arab Event on Open Science, where he engaged in discussions on Open Access, Open Science practices, Open Science Clouds, and data regulation frameworks.
The conference gathered participants from across Arab countries and international organizations to explore how research and education networks can enhance scientific collaboration.
* e-AGE is the annual international conference of the Arab States Research and Education Network (ASREN). It is a platform for dialogue to advance the development of research and education networks in the Arab region and worldwide.
