The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Laboratory organized a three-day training program as part of the ASEC – Olive Oil Value Chain project under the TAGDev 2.0 program, within UM6P Campus in Benguerir.
The training involved local olive oil producers in the Rhamna region and focused on good hygiene and manufacturing practices, commercial quality and certification, as well as the ecological and economic valorization of olive by-products.
The training marked the beginning of a broader training cycle designed to strengthen local skills, enhance the quality of Moroccan olive oil, and contribute to the sector’s modernization.
