<p>From the 10th to the 11th of April, the Africa Carbon Flagship Programme (ACFP), led by the College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences in partnership with the OCP Foundation, held a co-design workshop in Harare, Zimbabwe, in collaboration with the Marondera University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (MUAST) and local stakeholders.</p>
<p>The workshop focused on the collaborative development of a climate resilience initiative in Zimbabwe’s AFOLU sector (Agriculture, Forestry, and Other Land Use). It forms part of ACFP’s broader mission to co-develop solutions anchored in local contexts and informed by community priorities.</p>
<p>Over two days, participants identified key challenges, knowledge gaps, and opportunities, while jointly shaping the project’s objectives, expected results, and performance indicators. A project advisory committee was also established to support the initiative’s implementation.</p>
