This week, a UM6P delegation undertook a two-day mission to Métropole Aix-Marseille-Provence (AMP), a European hub with expertise in cleantech and health-tech.
The delegation, led by the university's entrepreneurship and venturing deparment, included representatives from the Faculty of Medical Sciences, UM6P GLOBAL HUBS - France, the institutional affairs’ department, and a UM6P-backed startup.
The program featured visits to the Technopole de l’Arbois, Eurobiomed, and the Marseille Immunology Biocluster, as well as meetings with Startup support networks such as Marseille Innovation, Pépite Provence, and Accélérateur M. The discussions also highlighted student entrepreneurship and academic collaboration with institutions including Aix-Marseille Université, Polytech Marseille, Centrale Méditerranée, Arts et Métiers, and École des Mines de Saint-Étienne.
The mission aimed to reinforce Euro-Mediterranean cooperation on key transitions with a view to fostering tangible collaborations between academic, economic, and institutional actors.between academic, economic, and institutional actors.
