On the 30th of October, the Africa Business Unit – Junior Enterprise (ABU-JE), in collaboration with Student Organizations, Leadership & Engagement, and the Africa Business School, hosted a new session of the Inspire Talk series titled “A Dialogue on Turning Strategy into Action, and Ambition into Ventures” with Mr. Ismael Belkhayat at UM6P Campus in Rabat.
The session featured Mr. Ismael Belkhayat - Founder and CEO of Chari, Board Member at H&S Invest Holding and Dislog Group. He reflected on his professional journey from his academic experience at Cornell University and early career at the Boston Consulting Group to launching and scaling Chari across African markets.
Mr. Belkhayat discussed the process of transforming strategic thinking into entrepreneurial action, emphasizing leadership, adaptability, and purpose as central elements of sustainable business growth.
The event offered students an opportunity to engage directly with the entrepreneur and gain practical insights into the challenges and rewards of building ventures that contribute to regional innovation and impact.
