Strat-Lab@UM6P introduced students to applied strategy development

On the 19th of November, the African Consulting Club, in collaboration with Student Organizations, Leadership & Engagement, and the Africa Business School, organized Strat-Lab @ UM6P, an applied strategy development workshop at UM6P Campus in Benguerir.

The workshop was facilitated by consultants from SouthBridge A&I, introducing students to strategic problem-solving through a mix of brief instructional segments, teamwork activities, and structured feedback.

The program covered various aspects of strategy consulting, including diagnostic and situational analysis, setting a vision and identifying strategic directions, organizing action plans and roadmaps, and planning execution and KPIs.
