From the 3rd to the 5th of December, the inaugural edition of Supercomputing Africa (SCAF 2025) took place at UM6P Campus in Benguerir. The event was organized by the UM6P Toubkal Supercomputer in collaboration with the Morocco HPC Community.
The conference focused on High-Performance Computing (HPC), bringing together researchers, technology specialists, and industry professionals to discuss advancements, applications, and challenges in the field.
The program included keynote presentations by international experts, research contributions on HPC applications in areas such as artificial intelligence, climate modelling, life sciences, finance, and engineering, as well as networking sessions connecting participants from African and global institutions.
