START 2.0 Acceleration Program Initiated to Support Retail Tech Ventures

The Moroccan Retail Tech Builder (MRTB) launched the START 2.0* program at StartGate Campus in Benguerir, welcoming selected startups to the program's kick-off phase.

The event brought together 33 startups, with 5 ventures led by members of the Moroccan diaspora in France. Over three days of collaborative development, participants completed 32 hours of structured support, delivered through 12 themed workshops, 8 group sessions, and 3 inspiration talks. The program engaged 8 experts and mentors across digital, entrepreneurship, retail, and technical fields, and conducted 150 assessment sessions to evaluate startup maturity and strategic positioning.

Throughout the phase, teams worked to develop a shared cohort dynamic, conduct a 360-degree strategic review, define growth priorities and operational roadmaps, and establish a structured foundation for the acceleration journey.

*START 2.0 operates as a structured acceleration framework dedicated to supporting high-potential Retail Tech startups in Morocco through performance-driven guidance and strategic development tools.
