On the 10th of July, the African Youth Climate Hub initiative through StartGate held its fourth edition of Demo Day at the Hassan II International Center for Environmental Training.
This edition brought together representatives of the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem to showcase 10 startups from Senegal, Uganda, Morocco, Nigeria, Malawi, Ghana, Rwanda, and Botswana that are developing solutions to address climate and sustainability challenges.
The participating ventures presented projects spanning sectors such as agribusiness, renewable energy, and other climate-related fields. Throughout the program, entrepreneurs received mentorship, technical assistance, capacity-building activities, and networking opportunities to strengthen business development and investment readiness.
The initiative contributed to supporting climate entrepreneurship and strengthening innovation ecosystems across Africa by promoting solutions addressing sustainable development and climate resilience.
