Sustainable Development Makers Program Launched Its Sixth Edition

On the 13th of December, the Sustainable Development Office launched the sixth edition of the Sustainable Development Makers (SDM) program at the University’s Campus in Benguerir.

The new cohort includes 41 participants from the Rabat and Benguerir Campuses, representing various schools and departments, including Africa Business School, Green Tech Institute, Faculty of Medical Science, and Faculty of Governance, Economics & Social Sciences.

The kick-off brought together students working on projects related to social, environmental, and economic issues. Through workshops, group discussions, and teamwork, participants explored ideas aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.

The SDM program provides a framework for students to develop practical projects while fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration. The initiative supports the integration of sustainability-related themes into academic and extracurricular activities throughout the University.
