During this month, the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Lab, in collaboration with TAGDev2.0, organized a two-day training session held at OFPPT – CMC Beni Mellal for first-year trainees enrolled in agricultural programs.
The training facilitated youth integration into structured apprenticeships and enhanced collaboration between UM6P and CMC institutions.
Through interactive workshops, participants focused on developing their employability skills, particularly in preparing curriculum vitae and practicing professional job interview techniques. The sessions offered a practical environment for trainees to engage, apply concepts, and build confidence in recruitment-related competencies.
This activity was part of broader efforts to enhance the professional preparedness of young agricultural learners and to strengthen pathways linking technical training, apprenticeships, and employment.
