On the 16th of October, OCP Group, University Mohammed VI Polytechnic, and the Agence Partenaire pour I'Entreprise et I’Emploi (APEE) signed a collaborative agreement focused on industrial skills development and human capital advancement.
The agreement establishes a framework to strengthen professional competencies, support career development, and address the evolving workforce needs of the industrial sector. The collaboration aims to align training programs with industry requirements and prepare professionals for changes in industrial occupations and practices.
As part of this initiative, the Center for Training in Green and Sustainable Development Careers (CFMDV), operating under APEE and within the UM6P ecosystem, will contribute by offering training programs that develop the skills required for ecological, energy, and industrial transitions.
Through this partnership, the three institutions aim to bridge the ties between vocational training and industry needs, support workforce development, and prepare professionals for emerging industrial occupations.
